Intellectual Property Notice 

 

The intellectual property rights to all artwork remain the exclusive property of Andrew Houser, including after purchase. This includes original works, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions of the artwork. The purchase of any item, whether original or reproduction, does not grant the buyer permission to mint the artwork as an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it for commercial gain or any other purpose.

 

Collectors are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any form without prior written consent from the artist. Sharing images of purchased items on social media is encouraged and does not constitute a violation of this policy.

Liability

 

I am not liable for any goods once they have been delivered into the possession of the collector. It is not my responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or provide compensation for products that have been damaged due to mishandling by the customer or delivery service. This includes, but is not limited to, smudging fingerprints on pieces, tearing and bending of fine art prints, or otherwise damaging the artwork.

 

In accordance with consumer protection laws, a replacement will be provided for damaged products if they are received in such condition as a result of postal service handling or if faulty merchandise is dispatched. Every order undergoes multiple inspections before it is cleared for shipment, ensuring that only pristine reproductions are sent to you.

 

Please review the product descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase. I am not responsible for compensating customers who fail to read and understand the provided information.

Refund and Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is my number one priority! Please review the following for returns and refunds:

Commissioned Illustration Work: Non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.

Prints, Stickers, Apparel, Bags, Tea Towels: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Contact me  to start a return.

Digital Downloads: Non-refundable once downloaded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order is damaged or incorrect, conta ct me immediately for a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered. Return the item and place a new order if needed.

If there is an issue with your order, I won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - I will do everything we can to make it right.

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are carefully processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the items ordered. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. I am not liable for delays, undelivered packages, or lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Once the order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you encounter any issues once your order is in transit. I cannot guarantee specific delivery times and am not liable for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

 

For international orders, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

 

If an item arrives damaged or defective due to postal handling, please contact me immediately to facilitate a replacement. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it is in perfect condition upon leaving the studio.

Revisions Policy

 

Each project includes up to three revisions. Any revisions requested beyond the third will incur an additional fee of $50 per revision. Please note that additional revisions may also result in an extension of the project timeline.

 

To ensure the most efficient workflow, revisions should be clearly communicated and consolidated into a single request. Revisions that significantly alter the scope or direction of the project may be subject to further charges and timeline adjustments.
