What is the commission process like?
The process is straightforward and collaborative:
Share Your Vision: Send me your idea and reference photos.
Concept & Details: We’ll finalize the concept, size, and price. Payment secures your spot.
Sketch & Feedback: Review and tweak the preliminary sketch.
Adding the Details: I’ll refine and complete the piece with texture, shading, and color.
Final Review: Approve the final piece or request minor adjustments.
Shipping & Handling: I’ll carefully package and ship your art to you.
What are your commission prices?
My pricing is based on size:
6” x 8”: $75
8” x 10”: $180
11” x 14”: $300
12” x 16”: $380
We can do any size you’re envisioning; prices may vary.
How long does a commission take?
I typically complete commissions within 30 days of payment, with most projects being finished within a couple of weeks. If additional revisions are requested beyond the initial three included in the project’s scope, the timeline may be extended accordingly.
Do you accept NSFW commissions?
Yes, I am open to creating NSFW (Not Safe for Work) commissions. I prioritize professionalism and ensure that the process is handled with care and discretion. Your privacy is important to me, and I will protect it throughout the collaboration. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out with your concept, and we can discuss the details further.
How is my commission shipped?
I’ll carefully package and ship your piece to the address you provide. Shipping costs may vary based on location. Yes, I do ship internationally, but additional charges may apply depending on the cost of shipping to your country.
What are shipping times?
Once your project is completed and shipped, it can take up to 10-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and shipping method. International shipments may take longer.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, I can rush an order if needed. A rush fee of $100 will be added to the quote, and I’ll prioritize completing your piece within your desired timeline.
How do revisions work?
Each project includes up to three revisions. Any revisions requested beyond the third will incur an additional fee of $50 per revision. Please note that additional revisions may also result in an extension of the project timeline.
To ensure the most efficient workflow, revisions should be clearly communicated and consolidated into a single request. Revisions that significantly alter the scope or direction of the project may be subject to further charges and timeline adjustments.
Refund and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is my number one priority! Please review the following for returns and refunds:
Commissioned Illustration Work: Non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.
Prints, Stickers, Apparel, Bags, Tea Towels: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Contact me to start a return.
Digital Downloads: Non-refundable once downloaded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order is damaged or incorrect, conta ct me immediately for a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered. Return the item and place a new order if needed.
